Dr. Vladimir Khramoy
Since 2002, Dr. Khramoy has had a passion for changing lives “one smile at a time.” Because of his dedication to his profession and continuing education, he combines modern technology, skill, and clinical judgment to create stunning, confident smiles. He wants to empower each patient with the charm, confidence, and beauty that comes with a healthy new smile.
Known for his extensive and experience in cosmetic and implant dentistry, Dr. Vladimir Khramoy has been improving the lives of patients in Cleveland and across North America for more than a decade. He graduated with honors from Cleveland State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry. He further pursued his passion and love of dentistry by completing a Doctor of Dental Surgery at The Ohio State School of Dentistry.
A father of two beautiful children, he splits his time between his passions for running, hiking, and traveling with his wife and children. His true passion remains educating the public about new advances and techniques in general and cosmetic dentistry. Regardless of whether he’s teaching dentistry or helping improve someone’s smile, Dr. Khramoy does it in a professional and personable manner, ensuring that those he comes in contact with get the attention and care they deserve.

Dr. Ellen Friedman
Dr. Ellen Friedman came to Cleveland from Odessa, Ukraine, in 1991 as a young child. After graduating from Solon High School, she received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Case Western Reserve University and in 2008 she completed her training as Doctor of Medical Dentistry also from Case Western Reserve University.
In 2010, Dr. Friedman received further training from The American Academy of Facial Esthetics in both Botox and Dermal Fillers and she is certified in Invisalign. Dr. Friedman resides in beautiful Solon, Ohio, and speaks fluent Russian.
She keeps busy with her young daughter, Adriana, and has a love for Cleveland as well as travel, food, and the arts.
She is passionate about providing gentle, long-lasting care, educating patients about oral and systemic health, continuing education, and implementation of modern technology, and is honored to be a part of a profession that allows her to change people’s lives by taking care of and enhancing their smiles.

Originally from Marseille, France, Dr. Barkats pursued extensive dental training at Touro University College of Dental Medicine in New York. After completing his education, he and his family—his wife and daughter—decided to move to the Cleveland area to be closer to loved ones and to actively contribute to the local community.
With a passion for delivering exceptional dental care and preventive services, Dr. Barkats is committed to enhancing each patient's oral health and overall well-being. As a self-proclaimed "continuous education junkie”, Dr. Barkats is dedicated to staying ahead of the curve in dental innovations and practices. Whether it's mastering the latest techniques or integrating cutting-edge technology, Dr. Arie Barkats ensures that every patient benefits from the most advanced and effective dental treatments available as it pertains to both treatment and prevention.
Sarah Brown
Office Manager
Sarah was born and raised in the greater Cleveland area. In 2012 she started her dental journey as a graduate of Cleveland Institute Of Dental Assisting and has only grown from there. Sarah has been dedicated to patients over the years guiding them though not only the clinical area but administrative as well. Sarah has been a part of the Solon Smiles team since 2018.
When Sarah isn't at the office she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, two daughters and pets. You can find Sarah camping at the national parks with the family, at home cooking or doing renovations.
Olenka
Business Manager
Olenka brings a contagious smile and a passion for patient care to Solon Smiles. Since joining our team in 2016, she's become an invaluable asset, utilizing her multilingual skills (English, Russian, Ukrainian) to ensure clear communication for all our patients.
Originally from Ukraine, Olenka came to the US with her family in 2004. Graduating from Twinsburg High School in 2011, she's dedicated to creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Olenka's dedication goes beyond scheduling appointments and answering questions. Her true passion lies in helping patients achieve their dental goals and feel confident sharing their smiles. She's a friendly face you can rely on to address your concerns and make your dental visits stress-free.
Outside the office, Olenka enjoys an active lifestyle – think exercising, traveling, and ballroom dancing! She also cherishes spending quality time with her husband, their three kids, and extended family.
